 Effective Date: January 2025Thank you for your interest in Lumimane™. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how returns, refunds, and order issues are handled in relation to Lumimane™ products.

Lumimane™ does not currently sell products directly to consumers through this website. All purchases of Lumimane™ products are made through third-party retailers, dropshippers, or wholesale partners.As a result, return and refund requests from end customers must be handled by the retailer or platform from which the product was purchased, in accordance with their individual return policies.

Retailers and dropshipping partners are responsible for:

• Communicating their own return and refund policies to customers  
• Handling customer service inquiries related to returns or refunds  
• Managing refunds directly with their customers  

Lumimane™ does not issue refunds directly to end customers.

For approved wholesale or dropshipping partners only:If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to fulfillment error, partners must notify Lumimane™ within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Order number  
• Description of the issue  
• Clear photographic evidence  

Upon review, Lumimane™ may offer:

• Replacement of the affected item, or  
• Account credit (where applicable)  

Refunds are issued at Lumimane™’s discretion and only to approved partners, not end customers.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or used products  
• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage  
• Items returned without prior authorization  

Returns sent without prior written approval from Lumimane™ will not be accepted and may be discarded without notice.

Lumimane™ reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
